The 2012 Taylor’s Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc displays the elegance and sophistication of a fine white Graves. Initially, this wine is crisp, clean and luscious with fresh ripe fruit and complex aromas of citrus, lavender and honeysuckle. The palate reveals wonderful depth and complexity presenting flavors of pear, guava, peach and kiwi. After several minutes, secondary spice elements such as nutmeg and hints of pepper shine through. A refined creamy texture leads to a rich and lingering finish. A delicious wine from start to finish!
