Our DCV3 Sauvignon Blanc presents one of the more unique Sauvignon Blanc aromatic and flavor profiles you will come across in California. The hallmark of this vineyard is the unique spicy character that takes on jalapeño and white pepper notes that are framed by citrus and grapefruit. On the palate, this wine presents vibrant minerality with elements of lemon, fresh limes, and grassy nuances. This is a wine that expresses the terroir of the vineyard and that of the Dry Creek Valley. DCV3 is a historic vineyard and may well be one of our region's most important and well-respected properties.
