The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon speaks to the cool growing conditions of the vintage. Late summer rains had us go through an extreme berry selection process to ensure the highest quality fruit. This wine displays beautiful aromatics of bright red cherry, red raspberry and dried thyme qualities that mingle with darker elements of black cherry, espresso and cassis. The palate is full of ripe fruits that mold seamlessly with tannins that are refi ned and beautifully balanced. Full of nuance and delicate character, this wine will age for an extended period and should only continue to get better with time.
